Used Book Buying
We buy only books we feel are able to be resold. Due to changing market conditions and inventory levels, it is impossible to say what we will be interested in on any given day.

We offer 30% of the resale value in store credit. Store credit can be used toward the purchase of any item in the store.. 

Books are evaluated on condition, our current inventory, current retail value and demand.

Please note that we do not do appraisals.

Additional guidelines may apply. 

We are unable to accept:

• Damaged books (extensively creased, broken spines, heavily notated, loose pages, water/mildew damage or odor)
• Textbooks
• Bibles
• Dictionaries and Encyclopedias
• Cookbooks
• Magazines
• Computer/software manuals
• Former library books (with library markings)
• Hardcovers without dust jackets
• Historical, antique, or rare titles 

​Used Books Buying Days and Guidelines

• Books can be brought into the store at any time Tuesday-Friday (10:00-5:00)
• Books will be reviewed as soon as possible and practical and depending on staff availability 
• Books not purchased are expected to be picked up within 48 hours of notification
• Large quantities of books (greater than 25 books) may require additional time for review
